Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Short version: we collect only what is necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide our service. We do not sell your data. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

1. Who we are

BillOps.app is a managed billing service operated as a small business. We deploy, customize and maintain billing systems for hosting companies and subscription-based businesses. Contact: [email protected].

2. What data we collect

We collect the information you provide when contacting us:

  • Email address — when you contact us via the email link on this website.
  • Any information you include in your message — name, company name, description of your needs.

We do not use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics. Our contact widget may process basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser information, and may use essential browser storage to operate.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or demo request.
  • Discuss and set up a service agreement if you choose to proceed.

We do not use your data for marketing, do not add you to mailing lists without consent, and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data storage and infrastructure

This website is hosted on infrastructure located in the EU. If you become a client, your billing system is hosted on servers provided by Hetzner, OVH or AWS EU regions. We apply standard security practices including encrypted connections and access controls.

5. Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may receive technical data such as your IP address as part of that request. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We also use a contact widget provided through app.yourchat.me. When you open or submit the widget, that service may process technical data and the contact information you provide so we can receive and respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for advertising or behavioral profiling.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your data.
  • Objection — object to processing of your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an active or potential service agreement. If no agreement follows, we delete correspondence within 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without notice.
